The room was spacious and had a great view. The location was very convenient, with the subway right in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at a hotel in New York City that provided a convenient and comfortable experience for my business trip. The location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby restaurants, such as Franco's pizzeria in the Times Square centre. The hotel was also conveniently situated right outside the building that is constructing a new subway line and was right next to the Q subway station. The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with fluffy towels. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and accommodating. Although there was no mention of breakfast in the reviews, I found that the hotel offered a tasty and varied breakfast selection. my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was the slow wifi in the room, which made it difficult to work efficiently.

Wonderful stay. Contemporary hotel with good service in prime location not far from subway station. We got a room with a bathtub. We loved fantastic views.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to nearby subway stations, restaurants, and shops. We were able to explore the city without any hassle. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the option to do laundry in the on-site laundrette.

The nearest subway station was a bit of a walk away, which could be inconvenient, especially in inclement weather.

Excellent location (10mns walk from Central Park, many museums; 20mns by subway from Downtown; convenient bus nearby). Professionalism and courtesy of the reception, accommodating and friendly. Quick intervention when needed. Presence of a Luggage room; loan of large umbrellas!. Immediate proximity to shops for breakfast and restaurants.

The dilapidation and lack of maintenance of the furniture... which could use a major overhaul! It doesn't stop you from sleeping very well !

I recently stayed at a hotel in Manhattan's Yorkville neighborhood and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my time there. Firstly, the value for money was fantastic. The prices were reasonable and I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Lastly, the location was excellent. The hotel was conveniently situated right outside the local subway station, making it easy to explore all of Manhattan. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location, with the new Line Q subway exit station at the same door, is less than 10' from Times Square and four blocks from Central Park. The size and equipment of the studio.

first impression of the area and room, (when we arrived at night), was horrible! but everything was fixed with the Sunlight in the morning...

The location is excellent, the subway station line Q practically at the exit of the building, which brings you closer to all the points of interest in downtown. Marmara staff is always ready to give you a hand in what you need or want to do. The apartment is perfectly air-conditioned, spacious and comfortable for the family. The building is quiet and well cared for. The area (upper east side) is beautiful for walking, with everything you need at hand.

I think it's a bit expensive, but it's also true that it's very well located and stopping in Manhattan is not cheap.

The location couldn't have been better as the new Q line Metro extension was right outside the hotel building, making transportation convenient. We were able to easily explore this city's museums, with many of them just a short walk away. there were numerous local restaurants in the neighborhood, providing us with plenty of dining options.

apartment a bit antiquated but... completely furnished, always top clean and really nice staff from reception to room service. area rather native and not touristic. nice pubs and small shops for shopping nearby. metro line "q" 50 m around the corner, landing stage of the eastriver ferries 10 minutes walking distance. does not go much better! a great halal foodstand right in front of the door!

We stayed at a spacious conveniently located apartment with a number of conveniently located services. The subway was right outside, Central Park and museums were only a brief walk from the hotel, and there were plenty of nearby restaurant options. The staff provided excellent service, fixing any issues promptly and ensuring the rooms were cleaned daily. The free wifi was a bonus. we would recommend this place for its location and helpful staff.

The hotel is conveniently located on the Upper East Side, close to the center of Manhattan. It is right next to a subway station, allowing for easy access to Midtown in just 15 minutes. The rooms are spacious and clean, with nicely stocked kitchens. The staff is friendly and helpful, always available to assist guests. The hotel provides daily maid service, ensuring a tidy and comfortable stay. There are also grocery stores nearby for added convenience.

Some rooms on lower floors may experience noise from traffic, which could be bothersome to sensitive sleepers.

Nothing could have been better.

hotel is very old and looks worn out. it must have been luxurious many years ago - now it's pretty worn out. corridor in front of the room is very dark and carpet is stained. apartment was super in size - with a small balcony and a small kitchen with stove and dishwasher. cleanliness goes like this - but was still ok. we were on the 17th floor and had a fantastic view. location is great. 1 minute to the subway q end stop. nearby you can find restaurants, supermarket, starbucks etc.

elevators... you have to wait a long time. ny is expensive. i wouldn't pay so much money for a hotel like this

The room was very spacious with very comfortable bedding. The kitchenette is very complete. The location is ideal at the foot of the metro and with an access to the shops on foot 1mn away.

Beware of the extra bed in the living room which is not very comfortable. Only suitable for one child or one night.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, providing detailed information about nearby amenities and restaurants upon check-in.

The rooms could use some updating and maintenance. Some areas felt a bit worn out and in need of repair.

consulting hop-on hop-off bus was ok. the statement that you can get on the bus at the guggenheim museum the first time was wrong.

The staff was accommodating and friendly, providing a level of service that reminded me of the old European model. The one-bedroom apartment I stayed in was spacious and a welcome change from the small, cramped rooms typically found in New York. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the subway and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the staff was always helpful and nice. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Several devices were not working.

The location

Insufficient acoustic insulation. The room was located above a hotel ventilation outlet with sliding windows that let the noise pass through. Impossible to get a good night's sleep. Avoid rooms on level 3.

The spacious rooms had a kitchen, living room with pull-out bed, washer and dryer, coat rooms, and storage rooms. Great for people who like karaoke and casinos. Convenient location with a subway station right outside the door. Lots of nearby restaurants and supermarkets.

Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

Hotel very well located right next to the terminus of the Q line. Small supermarket located at 2 steps . All the comfort and freedom of an apartment hotel with all the necessary equipment for cooking . Pleasant staff, willing to answer our questions.

The rooms could use a little freshening up... Street noises are very present, you need earplugs, which is quite common in New York City.
